In this position, you will report to the Supervisor, Corporate Actions, and ensure exceptional service delivery while processing reorganizations and securities actions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating bulletins, managing tax compliance, and actively participating in team improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and organizational skills are crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and review Canadian and US bulletins • Process corporate actions with exceptional precision • Manage daily entitlements efficiently • Ensure proper tax treatment during actions • Update procedure manuals in accordance with regulations Requirements: • Post-secondary education and minimum 2 years' experience • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities • Ability to work autonomously with limited guidance • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proficient in English; French is an asset Deliver your expertise in corporate actions and contribute to the success of Aviso's operations team.
