About the Role

    • Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan
    • Evaluate and make the necessary changes to the branch's current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, and prioritise work to successfully meet timelines, managing continuous improvement
    • Track financial and operational progress of branch and provide metrics data to the regional manager regularly
    • Develop and manage branch budget (including capital expenditures). Forecast budget expectations monthly
    • Facilitate employee safety training
    • Monitor inventory levels/purchasing and inventory budget including: reducing and controlling slow and obsolete inventory
    • May perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Who We're Looking For
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing or related field preferred
    • 7+ years of related work experience that includes 3 years' work experience
    • Manage a group or team of individual contributors and/or indirectly supervise support staff
    • Must hold a valid driver's licence
