- QA certification (ISTQB/CSTE/CSQA or equivalent experience) preferred.
- 8+ years of software testing experience with strong QA methodologies and test design knowledge.
- 8+ years of SQL experience (preferably SQL Server) with complex query analysis and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and full SDLC.
- 3+ years in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services preferred.
- Experience with third-party integrations and vendor systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools like JIRA, Xray, and Visual Studio.
- Expertise in test automation frameworks; Selenium with C# preferred.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, ownership, and teamwork skills.
