Retail Stock Clerk

Role Description

The Retail Stock Clerk is a part-time, on-site role located in Surrey, BC. The position involves stocking shelves, general cleaning, organizing products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Additional responsibilities include ensuring orderliness in the store, supporting sales owner, and assisting with product merchandising. The role requires effective collaboration and communication to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Experience with Sales and basic product knowledge to assist customers and support sales initiatives
• Ability to handle Shelving and stocking tasks, including organizing and replenishing inventory
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain a tidy, efficient store environment
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
• Prior retail experience is an asset but not required
