Associate Director - 360 / Technology

This 360 recruitment role is designed for someone who is hungry and driven, with an appetite to hunt new prospective businesses to partner with, whilst growing and developing a diverse candidate base of tech-professionals. You will strategically plan you approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for your client's needs. You will proactively share candidates both internally and externally as you partner with a small, growing team.

Responsibilities

• Actively source and qualify candidates through phone, video and in-person meetings
• Develop long-term client relationships, mapping out future hiring needs
• Manage the client's needs and expectations, whilst identifying exceptional talent in BC
• Work as part of a team, to achieve and exceed business and personal goals, whilst supporting companies in BC grow.

Qualifications and Experience

• Confident interpersonal skills with a commercially inquisitive mindset
• A history of proactive, outbound sales success, dealing with decision makers
• Sufficient technical acumen or experience to provide consultative direction to clients and candidate
• Experience working in an agency environment is highly prefered.
