• Complete referrals and documentation promptly
• Participate in team huddles and shift handovers Requirements:
• 3+ years of direct clinical experience as a physician
• Current registration with CPSBC and CCFP designation
• Experience with diverse healthcare teams
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records
