Technical Value-Added Services Engineer

Join us as a Technical Value-Added Services Engineer, merging technical expertise with customer program management to elevate sales. Play a key role in supporting customer relationships while ensuring product quality. This position requires a solid engineering background coupled with a minimum of five years of experience. You will review and quote customer prints, ensuring that all specifications are met throughout the production process. Your project management abilities will drive effective cost analysis and resource allocation. Key Responsibilities: • Review customer prints for accurate estimations • Ensure manufacturing processes meet specifications and quality • Monitor and report project costs and changes • Facilitate quality checks and sampling plans • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or relevant experience • 5 years in engineering or program management • Proficient in project management and spreadsheets • Knowledge of machining and quality processes • Capability to conduct prototypes and FAI submissions Harness your technical skills to drive program success and customer satisfaction.
