About the role:

The Analyst is a highly specialized team member that partners closely with leadership to support with our reporting and metrics. They are knowledgeable in HFC accounting team workflows and have an in-depth understanding of our processes and procedures. Mitigating risk, identifying gaps, performing audits and innovating reporting are just a few of the day-to-day responsibilities. The Analyst role is a key member of our leadership team that work closely to provide visuals and data to continue to provide successful results.


  • Build and analyze department reporting that applies to production
  • Maintain and upkeep metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis
  • Proactively connect with leadership on recognized process gaps, successes and improvements
  • Circulate reporting as assigned to department that creates visibility
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide potential resolutions

  • Monitor performance opportunities and strengths from a reporting insight
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-year experience in accounting/finance/customer service fields preferred

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Flexibility of working additional hours as needed based on business needs

  • Effectively and actively communicate through various channels

Department Accounting & Finance

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: No Travel Required

Required Education: High school or equivalent
