We're looking for a Sales Support Specialist in Burnaby, British Columbia.

The Opportunity:

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for contributing to the overall success of Ritchie List through administration and sales support. The Sales Support Specialist will have a passion for overachievement and a never-settle-attitude to help Ritchie List grow and scale our listing services marketplace. The position is assisting customers with listing their assets on Ritchie List Marketplace. As part of the Sales Support Specialist role, you help develop and implement common working methods throughout the organization, and work in Salesforce to enable our Territory/Account Managers.

The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for inputting new customer information and activations.

In this role you'll:
  • Input data into to activate customers in Salesforce (CRM), with accurate invoicing for their subscription services.
  • Assist with customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes and demos, along with providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
  • Create and export reports from Salesforce to different functions across the organization.
  • Support General Manager - Ritchie List with reporting and measurement of KPIs.
  • Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.

Here's what you bring:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Experience in administration and high-volume office work is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
  • Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

This job will require you to:
  • Travel occasionally from home office into Burnaby, Head Office (3-4 times per month).
