Manager, Technical Implementation

Overview of Position

The Manager leads a technical team to provide exceptional implementation services to Change Health Care customers. Responsible for overseeing team projects and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. Works directly with customers and cross-functional teams to support, scope, and price data management-related services for on-prem and cloud solutions.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Oversee and support the assigned team to consistently deliver high-quality services on time and within budget
  • Act as first-level contact for customer escalations and provide on-site escalation management for complex installations or high-profile customers as required
  • Provide backup/coverage for customer conference calls, project issues, configuration, obstacles, scheduling, planning, and deliverables
  • Deliver prompt, professional solutions for customer inquiries
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Develop new services solutions to solve customers' challenges as required
  • Liaise with Product Development for the latest product information
  • Assist with the creation of new policies and ensure adherence to guidelines
  • Provide guidance and insight to upper management and procure buy-in
  • Validate processes and tools to comply with CHC's standards and requirements
  • Take part in pricing reviews and works with the internal cross-functional teams to create the solution and assist with RFPs and pre-sale calls.
  • Develop best practices, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out services activities
  • Perform sundry duties as assigned


What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or college/computer technology diploma
  • 5+ years of management
  • Advanced knowledge of PACS, health care technology
  • Strong planning skills and ability to lead in a matrixed environment
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills


What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • IT or Engineering management experience
  • Broad knowledge of the field with proven leadership skills
  • 8+ years of resolving issues and contributes to unit/area development


How much should I expect to travel?

Minimal travel less than 5%, internal and customer travel
