The Indigenous Co-op/Summer Student Program
provides developmental roles designed to current post-secondary students who self-identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit, and are seeking valuable employment experience with first step into a career in banking or corporate management.
In this Co-op role, we focus on helping you develop key business skills that will further your career. You will join our team as a valued member, and work alongside experienced professionals to contribute to the successful day-to-day operations of your team. We have roles available in a wide-range of business and corporate areas.These areas include:
- Banking/Banking Support
- Human Resources
- Regulatory and Strategy
- Business Administration
- Optimum Mortgage
Students will have the support of great mentors and advocates, opportunities for formal learning within our Teal Academy, and can be members of The Sharing Circle, our employee resource group for Indigenous employees and allies.

- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in a related field (or currently in post-secondary completing your degree, diploma, or certification in a related field)

- Excellent organizational abilities
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, can adapt quickly to changes
