Job Description

We're currently seeking Prep Cooks to join our team at Stanley Park Brewing Restaurant & Brewpub!

Duties of a Prep Cook include:
  • Prepare and cook menu items to corporate specifications
  • Maintain food quality
  • Handle food while maintaining sanitation standards
  • Daily cleaning and upkeep of work environment
  • Setting & restocking service stations

Working Conditions:
  • Hours and shifts may vary. Includes working evenings, weekends and holidays.

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a professional kitchen
  • Food Safe, Level 1
  • First Aid Level 1, preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Can work independently and with a team
