Job Description

G2 Capital Advisors is actively seeking an interim C-level candidate for our client, a growing food distribution business. The interim candidate will be a strategic partner to the Board and Executive team helping to support and scale the operations and drive key partnerships with the company's existing customer base driving top-line revenue specifically in the province of Ontario and the US while delivering bottom-line EBITDA value.

Location: Part-time in Vancouver (Hybrid)

Responsibility (3-4 months)
  • Become a strategic partner to the Board and Executive team.
  • Develop a firm understanding of the business strategy and long-term objectives. Drive the implementation and desired results of an actionable, well-articulated strategy through a cohesive commercial and operational plan.
  • Quickly assess the company's current organizational structure and leadership talent such that it is optimized and effectively aligned to support the mission of the business.
  • Supporting and growing key partnerships with the Company's existing customers and identifying opportunities to drive top-line revenue specifically in the province of Ontario and the United States, while simultaneously delivering bottom-line, EBITDA value.
