Job Description

We are a rapidly growing Marketing/Consulting firm and currently, we are seeking individuals who want to provide superior customer service to our major client. We are looking to fill a variety of roles, including Customer Service, Sales agents.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to, handle and resolve customer inquiries
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Generate, maintain reports as needed
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Identify and deescalate customer issues
