As the Manager, Customer Success, you will be an integral member of the sales and marketing team. You will work closely with the quality engineer to enhance best quality practices as you assist in the development of new pulp specifications and confirm accuracy and alignment with customer needs. Ensuring exceptional customer service, you will be the link between business partners, operations, and the supply chain team. You understand individual customer needs and resolve customers' inquiries directly and promptly. Comfortable and able to engage customers worldwide, you will maintain a high level of collaboration among business partners as you liaise directly with customers and Canfor Pulp & Paper Marketing to ensure that product quality and specifications are consistently well maintained.
Ideally, you have a bachelor's degree in pulp and paper, customer service or a related field, coupled with multiple years' experience performing in a similar customer-focused role. You work independently and can confidently engage with senior management and customers. A background in marketing and pulp customer service as well as experience with Elixir and JDE mill systems will certainly highlight your application. This is a senior role within our Pulp group and will be leading customer success function, with the opportunity for global travel to meet and build strong relationships with our customers throughout the world.
