Our Purpose

We at Innovation Software Test deliver life-changing Product Development Services related to digital audio interfaces that simplify audio by applying our expertise and IP to create unique cost-effective solutions. At the Canadian development office, we focus on Helicon Gaming branded products for Online Broadcast, streaming, and gaming to empower our Customers as well as Music Tribe.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create, document and perform regression test plans for products in development to verify software and hardware meets specification and user expectations (Azure DevOps)
  • Assist global support team with product specific questions and issues
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team (software application, embedded, DSP, hardware)
  • Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions
  • Estimate effort for tasks and work as part of an Agile team
  • Define and measure personal OKRs, KPIs and Metrics for transparent, performance-based personal development
  • Create and update policies and guidelines to ensure governance and compliance
  • Research, implement and maintain digital solutions to enable Customer self-services

  • Use analytical tools and Customer Relationships to measure project performance, identify room for optimization and implement solutions
  • Identify and eliminate all non-value adding activities through automation or outsourcing

Qualifications, Minimum
  • Proficient with version control and release management systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Degree or certificate in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Equivalent

Qualifications, Preferred
  • Experienced with audio interfaces and recording equipment
  • A passion of gaming and content streaming
  • Musician with an ear for perfection (bonus points for vocalist)
