RHN CPA is looking for an essential part of our administrative team, an accountant for the accountants! As the Accounts Receivable Administrator for the firm, you will be responsible for the internal accounts receivable world as well as assist in the account payable realm. As the creator of your domain, you will have the opportunity to be the sidekick to our fearless managing director with the prospect to grow to the next stage in your career, total internal accounting domination.

Your superpowers should include being a self-starter who knows when to focus and when to multi-task. A problem solver with strong communication skills that can get the job done while being nice. Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks or Sage is an essential but if you have used ProFx you would be considered heads and shoulders above all other applicants.

As the Accounts Receivable Administrator your duties would include:
  • Invoicing
  • Payment posting
  • Preparing reports
  • Reconciling cash receipts and deposits
  • Analyzing financial records for accuracy
  • Preparing monthly detailed WIP analysis
  • Preparing month-end provision
  • Maintaining billing information such as client codes, billing rate schedules and other data
  • Preparing month end cut-off reports including staff production
  • Being a supportive and active member of the admin team

In addition to these responsibilities, you would be working closely with the Managing Director on confidential financial reporting and planning.
