We're looking for a People Services & Employee Relations Associate . The work location for this position is the Burnaby, British Columbia and is eligible for a fully remote or hybrid work arrangement.

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a People Services & Employee Relations Associate who will support the International HR team (scope Europe, the Middle East and Africa) with the execution of company-wide administration of HR and Recruiting processes, policies and procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely completion.

In this role you'll:
  • Assist HRBP'S and Talent Acquisition in HR administration work across multiple countries within EMEA; prepare letters, follow up internal workflows, maintain org charts, organize/digitize employee files, maintain Excel files with employee data.
  • Update employee database in our HR system Oracle.
  • Support Talent Acquisition in posting of vacancies (International) on various job boards, first screening of applications, share selection of candidates with Talent Acquisition for first interview, schedule interview between candidate & hiring manager, reference check and collect documents of new hires.
  • Performs other various admin duties as required from time to time.
  • First point of contact for employee questions.


Your profile:

You feel comfortable in a fast-paced office environment, where not everything is clearly defined. You will be successfull in this position if you have an independent and self-motivated, eager to learn and resourceful attitude. With proven ability to multi-task, attention to detail and problem-solving and customer service skills, you are our ideal candidate. Furthermore, you bring:
  • 5 or more years of HR Assistant/Coordinator experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources related field preferred
  • Experience working for an International company is an asset
  • Experience working with Oracle and/or Taleo is a plus
