We're currently seeking a Shop Manager at our Metrotown location in Burnaby (5609 Imperial Street - Burnaby - BC).

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of progressive industry or related experience, including experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership; Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered; Strong understanding of operations, budgeting, and expense management; I-CAR Platinum certification an asset; Proficiency in Mitchell Estimating, Audatex, ALLDATA an asset; Knowledge and proficiency in ADAS systems, vehicle calibrations, and emerging vehicle technologies an asset; Strong verbal, written and listening skills, combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision-makers; Demonstrated aptitude to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency; A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills; Proven experience effectively leading a team in a fast-paced environment; Demonstrated time management, problem solving, critical thinking and sound judgement skills; Strong interpersonal skills with customer service-oriented attitude; Proficient in Outlook and video conferencing platforms with the ability and willingness to learn new applications; Demonstrated desire and aptitude for learning and development; Must have a valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract over the last 3 years; Must be legally entitled to work in Canada with no restrictions.Ability to travel occasionally within Canada and to the US for company functions.
