Job Description

At CWB, we strive to build value for the people who choose us every day: our people, our clients and our investors. We do this by holding true to the values that guide us. We put people first and build relationships with intention. We seek out and embrace new ideas, knowing that better is always possible. We believe that how we do things is as important as what we do. And we harness the power of inclusion. Our culture is who we are and how we show up - as individuals and as a team - to accomplish our strategy.

Business Development Manager, Equipment Financing

CWB Financial Group (CWB) is on a mission to become the best full-service bank for business owners in Canada.

Our Equipment Finance Group is a team of specialized individuals who know heavy equipment industries inside and out. We are not office dwellers - our team members often start the day in a branch and end the day on-site with our clients. We are out in the community every day speaking directly with clients, and no two days are the same.
The opportunity

Targeted growth in franchised client relationships is achieved through anchoring strong relationships and facilitating collaboration, cross selling and shared relationships that result in successful business referrals within EFG and across CWB Financial Group.
