Position Status: Full Time (40 hours/week) Year Round, $22/hr, Sunday-Thursday

Job Summary:
Senior Admin Assistant: Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. Identifies challenges and relevant issues in a straightforward manner, making sound decisions using standard procedures.

What you'll be doing:
  • Payroll Administration
  • Manage the administration of Lift Maint/Start-up Logs
  • Work Order data entry into SAP
  • Provide administrative support for: Director of Maintenance; Sr. Lift and Electrical Maint Mgrs; Lift Maintenance Planner; Lift and Electrical Supervisors and Team Leads
  • Work with Maintenance Planner and Supervisors to assist in the successful administration of maintenance work orders
  • Assist Maintenance Training Specialist with the development of a learning passport and Safety Training Tracker
  • Support Supervisors and Team Leads with daily Job Hazard Analysis
  • Maintain and update maintenance SOPs
  • Actively participate in day to day maintenance office duties. Including the administration of staff scheduling, gear and uniform distribution, recognition, meeting minutes and crew communication.

  • Always show up on time and adhere to the Vail Resorts COVID SOPs and WB grooming policy
Qualifications:
  • Maintenance program experience is an asset.
  • PC computer skills including working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Knowledge assets: Coupa, PeopleSoft, Onbase, Enablon, SAP, Microsoft Teams, Legion: My Schedule
  • Very well organized.
  • Team player
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.
  • An innovative thinker with a creative flare.
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Proof of clear criminal record check
