Job Description

At Dooly, we create human experiences for work

Revenue teams at top Cloud 100 companies like Asana and Intercom use Dooly to capture and amplify the outcomes of their meetings. Because we build Dooly with the end-user in mind, users tell us they couldn't live without it. Dooly's Success Coach works with our users and accounts to accelerate time to value. You will maximize the effectiveness of our Customer Success organization by developing, managing, and facilitating enablement programs. Key partners in the business are Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing. This role reports to Dooly's Customer Success Enablement Manager.

Your key metrics are successful user adoption and time to value, but your daily joy will come from turning people into raving fans of dooly.

A Typical Day in the Life:

-Onboarding: voice-of-Dooly for concierge onboarding and training

-Product expert: optimize our customers' workflow

-Problem solving: rap-attack support, problem resolution, write help center articles

-Content creation: videos, articles, and customized content to accelerate time to value

-Data: review data signals for risk and opportunity on accounts

-Customer success: accelerate time to value and manage smaller accounts

Sound Like You?

-Experience: 2+ years in SaaS in a high-velocity customer-facing role (onboarding, SDR/BDR, or customer success)

-Communication: embody the dooly voice - playful, empathic, and bold

-Teacher: love teaching people in creative ways (a snappy video perhaps?)

-Empathy: step into customer's shoes to show that you understand and care

-Problem Solver: bias to action, ask great questions and love solving problems

-Delight: you brighten people's day with your charm and wit

-Technical: passionate product nerd and a quick study on learning new tech

-Sales: innate understanding of sales process

-Location: role is remote, Canada preferred

What We Offer:
    • Remote first company with flexible working hours to accommodate work-life balance.
    • Employee Stock Options.
    • Paid parental leave programs.
    • 3 weeks paid vacation, plus we close for a paid winter holiday break for the week between Christmas and New Year (so ~4 weeks in total).
    • Unlimited sick days.
    • $1650 USD training and development fund that you can use for conferences, memberships, or other learning opportunities
    • $500 to set up your home office (we call this a PB&J - Personal Betterment and Joy fund - though if you want to use it on peanut butter and jelly you can ;) )
