Revenue teams at top Cloud 100 companies like Asana and Intercom use Dooly to capture and amplify the outcomes of their meetings. Because we build Dooly with the end-user in mind, users tell us they couldn't live without it. With our recently announced Series B funding, we're investing in our team and building the next generation of our product.

Dooly is a remote-first company with a team spread across North America and a small head office in Vancouver. For this role we are open to candidates who are located anywhere in North America.

As part of a newly formed Account Management team, you will play a critical role in working across sales, product, marketing, and operations to drive customer engagement and expansion. As an Account Manager, you'll be managing clients that are of strategic importance. You will be dedicated to finding additional opportunities within current client accounts by establishing lasting relationships with key decision-makers. This role will report directly to our Vice President of Revenue.

Responsibilities:

-Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying new sales opportunities and successfully seeing them through contracting.

-Gain command of our corporate message, leverage data in our platform, and identify strategic growth opportunities to help clients understand and grow their business.

-Conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with senior-level executives to demonstrate the business value of our product that clearly articulates our innovative products.

-Negotiate balanced renewals and expansions that profit our business while benefiting the client.

-Work closely with product teams to ensure we're utilizing customer feedback in ongoing product development.

-Collaborate with the Customer Success team to help maximize client use, value, and satisfaction of our platform.

Required Experience/Skills:

-2-5 years with a demonstrated track record of growing existing business in a customer-facing role.

-Consistent and proven delivery of attaining quota targets and expert pipeline management.

-Passionate about forecast accuracy and dedicated follow-up skills that allow nothing to fall through the cracks.

-Great presentation skills along with high confidence in engaging with decision-makers.

-Inspired by working in a constantly changing and evolving work environment where growth is non-stop.

-Experience in fast-paced and high-growth companies.

-Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment.
