We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team at our corporate offices in Burnaby, BC.

We are looking for a creative person who sees a blank design file as their own canvas. You have an eye for design and are passionate about creating materials that unite a brand. You are interested in being part of a team that handles a wide range of marketing projects from digital media to retail to print.

Local Marketing Support:
  • Coordinate the development and execution of local marketing requests including, but not limited to: print work, email campaigns, social media and paid digital advertising.
  • Support local events. May include: development and planning, vendor coordination, invitations and marketing.

Corporate Marketing:
  • Coordinate the development and execution of corporate branding initiatives including, but not limited to: print work, email campaigns, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), and paid digital advertising.
  • Integrate branding efforts across business units.
  • Monitor public online reviews and coordinate responses when necessary.
  • Manage website content and updates. Monitor and report on web traffic.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of annual marketing strategy.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to monitor the activities and developments of competing organizations; make recommendations based on findings.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

  • 2 years in an in-house marketing or agency environment.
  • University degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing tools and software an asset. Includes: Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, WordPress.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with coworkers throughout multiple departments.
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations.
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Effective deadline management and project management skills.
