Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Candidate must have great attention to detail, handle working under pressure in a fast-paced environment Personal Suitability Candidate must be reliable, flexible, and organized Specific Skills Maintain accurate financial records and use both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to create, manage, and balance different accounts. Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements. Review invoice data accuracy and ensure compliance. Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls, and for utility, tax and other bills. Prepare tax remittance details. Perform other accounting, administrative or analysis duties as assigned. Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents. Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
