DATA ANALYST Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret large and diverse datasets from multiple sources, identifying key trends and patterns that support business decisions.
Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver analytical solutions that drive operational improvements.
Design and maintain robust data systems, queries, and pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and storage.
Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast future trends and outcomes, providing actionable recommendations for the business.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data through regular quality control and validation processes.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to guide strategic decision-making.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical processes, tools, and methodologies.
Stay informed on the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics to drive innovation within the organization.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
A minimum of 3Years of experience in a Data Analyst role or a similar analytical capacity.
In-depth experience with data analysis, statistical techniques, and advanced Excel functions.
Expertise in data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and manipulation.
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for statistical analysis and data modeling.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear, actionable manner.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data integrity.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
