The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position: Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Organize and maintain inventory Provide customer service Develop and implement marketing strategies Manage staff and assign duties Direct and control daily operations Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
