Inside Sales / Sales Support Full Time NEW

Adecco is currently hiring on behalf of our clients full-time positions for Inside Sales and Sales Support roles across the Kamloops region . These positions are ideal for individuals who excel in customer engagement, have strong communication skills, and enjoy supporting fast-growing sales teams.
As part of the inside sales function, you will play a key role in quoting, order management, customer service, and administrative sales support, helping drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Pay Rate: $18.00 – $ 32.00/hour
  • Location: Kamloops, BC
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:0pm PST
  • Job type: Temporary Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound/outbound customer inquiries
  • Provide quotes, process orders, and maintain customer accounts
  • Build relationships with clients and recommend product solutions
  • Update CRM systems and track sales activity
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams
  • Support general sales administration tasks

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, order desk, or customer service environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with phone-based customer interaction
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with computers and CRM tools is an asset
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
