Senior Software Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with product managers, designers, and a talented group of engineers to craft unique and beautiful user experiences that will make our mobile solutions best in class.
  • Play a key role in the design, and development of our Web Services, API, Web Frontend, Database and cloud infrastructure.
  • Write clean and well-tested code that allows us to keep our applications stable and easily modifiable.
  • Build and improve our continuous integration processes and automation.
  • Contribute to a knowledge-sharing and an open and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BS or higher in Software Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years professional programming experience in building scalable, highly available web applications
  • Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, NodeJS and experience with scripting languages such as Python.
  • Experience in microservices and container technologies such as docker, Kubernetes, IaC.
  • Have built web applications and possess hands-on experience in related concepts like web services, SOA (GraphQL, REST), and API design, CICD pipelines.
  • Practical experience with client-side JavaScript, CSS, front-end tooling, and component-driven UI development (React/Redux/Angular).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Couchbase, Redis.
  • Experience with cloud computing services such as Azure, AWS.
