Overview: The Senior Systems Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering advanced telecommunications and wireless engineering solutions, with a focus on the design and integration of Radio Access Networks (RAN), Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and public safety communication systems. The position is responsible for upholding the highest quality and compliance standards across all technical deliverables while serving as a trusted advisor to project managers and cross-functional teams. Acting as a key technical lead, the Senior Systems Engineer ensures the successful execution of mission-critical projects in public safety, transit, and commercial sectors. All work is performed in alignment with company’s ISO-certified Quality Management System and applicable regulatory and industry standards. This position reports directly to the Vice President, Design & Deployment.
Note: Senior Systems Engineer title is reserved for individuals registered with an engineering regulator in Canada (e.g. EGBC, PEO, OIQ, etc.).
