Up to $150,000 base salary
A reputable construction firm is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead a wood-frame multifamily project in East Vancouver. This is a full-cycle site role overseeing operations from excavation to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors
• Interpret blueprints and construction documents; identify and resolve conflicts proactively
• Maintain site documentation including daily logs and safety inspections
• Lead site meetings, enforce standards, and mentor junior field staff
Qualifications:
• Experience managing at least two full-cycle wood-frame multifamily projects
• Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of phased occupancy and multi-building coordination
• Valid driver’s license
• Assets: Gold Seal Certification, Red Seal Carpentry, First Aid
