Summary
As a Personal Assistant at EventLink , you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support. This role is essential in enhancing productivity and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules and appointments for executives, ensuring optimal time management.
Perform data entry and maintain organized records for easy access.
Handle phone systems and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist in transcribing documents and meeting notes accurately.
Provide clerical support including filing, copying, and document preparation.
Coordinate projects by tracking progress and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
Support front desk operations as needed, creating a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment.
Good customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
Experience in executive administrative support is preferred.
Ability to transcribe documents accurately and efficiently.
Project coordination experience is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 hours weekly
