The Opportunity

We are looking for a Delivery Partner to act as the final gatekeeper for our feature animation project's transition to stereoscopic conversion. This is a high stakes, "final push" contract role (mid June through October) where you will be the bridge between our internal stereoscopic prep team and our external conversion vendors.

Your Outcome

You willownthe integrity of the delivery pipeline. Your success is measured by the 100% accurate, on time delivery of final files to our vendors, ensuring our small, dedicated team stays on schedule during the final conversion window.

What You'll Be Doing
    • Pipeline Accountability: Managing the turnover, validation, and delivery of packages for stereoscopic vendors.
    • Data Integrity: Acting as the primary owner for shot status, tracking, and dependencies in our tracking systems.
    • Proactive Problem Solving: Troubleshooting production and technical blockers between our stereoscopic team and production leadership to keep the schedule tight.
    • Communication: Serving as the key liaison to internal production leadership and external partners, flagging risks before they impact the timeline.
    • Delivery Resilience: Experience in feature animation or VFX delivery, vendor coordination, or post production workflows.
    • Data Proficiency: Proven ability to manage complex shot based data and tracking software (ShotGrid/Flow) in high pressure environments and deadlines.
    • Communication Aptitude: Experience acting as a key liaison across departments; you thrive on keeping stakeholders informed and troubleshooting bottlenecks.
