Take on the rewarding role of Noon Hour Student Supervisor at School District No.
- This part-time opportunity allows you to positively impact students during their lunch hour. You'll be responsible for supervising and directing students, ensuring their safety and well-being during lunch breaks under the supervision of the principal. Tasks include managing minor first-aid situations, reporting incidents, and completing necessary documentation whenever needed. Previous experience with children is crucial, whether from volunteering or parenting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor student behavior during lunch periods
- Address minor first-aid incidents promptly
- Report safety issues and document occurrences
- Cultivate a supportive and safe lunch atmosphere
- Maintain communication with children and school staff Requirements:
- Minimum education of Grade 10
- Six months of relevant experience with children
- Dependable, caring, and attentive to students' needs
- Must comply with union position guidelines
- Preference towards candidates declaring Indigenous ancestry Ensure that each child feels cared for and safe during their lunch time at School District No. 22.
