Base salary: $100,000–$110,000

Additional compensation: $30,000–$35,000

We are looking for an Executive Chef, Culinary Leader, or Chef with sales experience who is ready for a new challenge. Use your kitchen knowledge to lead the Pacific sales team, help food-service customers solve problems, and grow the business.

What You Will Do

• Mentor, coach, and lead the Pacific sales team
• Build relationships with chefs, dealers, and food-service leaders
• Find new customers and grow key accounts
• Recommend professional cooking solutions
• Lead cooking demonstrations and attend industry events
• Manage sales activities and opportunities using Salesforce CRM
• Travel approximately 65% of the time within British Columbia

What You Bring

• Five or more years of culinary or food-service experience
• Sales, business-development, or account-management experience
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• Experience using Salesforce CRM
• A valid driver’s licence
• Ability to travel approximately 65% within British Columbia
• English required; French is an asset
