Enhance financial literacy across British Columbia with CPA Canada as the Program Lead. Drive program effectiveness while focusing on Indigenous engagement strategies. In this full-time role, you will report to the Manager, Member & Community Programs and oversee delivery and performance of the financial literacy program by collaborating with team members.
This position entails developing strong relationships with various stakeholders while spearheading outreach efforts to build awareness and gather insights. The focus on Indigenous financial literacy strategies will create meaningful community impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial literacy program delivery and improvements
- Formulate priorities and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with CPA Canada and program partners
- Represent CPABC at outreach events
- Ensure quality standards and program governance Requirements:
- 3+ years in Program Management
- Proven relationship management experience
- Understanding of BC Indigenous communities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Lead impactful financial literacy programs while developing vital community relationships in British Columbia.
