🚨 Hiring: IT Services Architect

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada

Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Design current-state and future-state IT service models
• Lead SIAM / multi-provider service integration design
• Define service ownership, boundaries, handoffs and governance
• Develop service blueprints, workflows, RACI, service catalogues and integration maps
• Facilitate workshops with technical, operational and senior stakeholders
• Support sourcing, transition, SLA/KPI and operating model decisions

Must-Have

• 7–10+ years in IT Service Architecture, Service Design, ITSM, SIAM or Enterprise Architecture
• Proven multi-provider / managed services design experience
• Strong SIAM, ITIL/COBIT and service integration knowledge
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ITOM tools
• Strong architecture documentation and stakeholder facilitation skills
• Experience connecting service architecture with sourcing, transition, SLAs/OLAs and governance

⭐ BC Health or BC Government experience is strongly preferred, with Canadian healthcare/provincial government experience also considered.
