Director of Property Management and Operations

Marcon in Vancouver, BC seeks a Director of Portfolio Operations to enhance our income-producing properties' performance. Lead a team in building effective operational platforms for growth. In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for driving operational success across Property Management and Hotel Operations.

Reporting to the Vice President, you will guide and support a team of managers, aligning operations with strategic property goals and ensuring clarity in performance accountability. Your role encompasses establishing scalable standards while enhancing property readiness for new developments.
