Role Description
The Processing Team Lead is a contract, on-site role based at the BC Land Title and Survey Authority in New Westminster, BC. This position is responsible for overseeing daily processing activities, coordinating team workflows, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. The role includes assigning and reviewing work, monitoring quality standards, resolving processing issues, and maintaining clear documentation of procedures. The Processing Team Lead collaborates with management to refine processes, trains team members on best practices, and communicates status updates and metrics. This role also involves responding to internal inquiries, supporting compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive, performance-focused team culture.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team coordination, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents, data, and process outputs.
- Effective communication skills for providing clear instructions, feedback, and status reports.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, databases) and comfort learning new systems.
- Experience in a processing, administrative, or operations role, ideally in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in New Westminster, BC, and collaborate with colleagues in person.
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in business, administration, or a related field is an asset.
Salary Range
$34.00-$39.00/hour
