Key Responsibilities Perform detailed inspections of aircraft structures, identifying any damage, corrosion, or wear. Repair and replace damaged or worn aircraft structural components according to approved data. Interpret structural repair manuals, blueprints, and technical specifications. Fabricate or modify structural parts as needed, ensuring precision and compliance. Maintain accurate records of all structural maintenance activities, including materials used. Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company procedures during all maintenance operations. Requirements Proven experience as an Aircraft Structures Technician or similar role. Proficiency in working with various aircraft materials, including aluminum, composites, and steel. Skilled in using sheet metal tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and structural repair schemes. Strong understanding of aircraft structural integrity principles and maintenance best practices.
