Lead the execution of wood-frame multifamily projects as a Site Superintendent with Third Space, ensuring safety and quality from mobilization through occupancy. As a hands-on Site Superintendent, you will oversee field operations, working closely with the Project Manager and Director of Construction. Your expertise in managing safety, quality, and productivity will be vital in meeting project objectives and budgets while fostering relationships with all stakeholders.
